January 11  at 7:30 PM
Shepherd of the Hills Legacy and Bequest Committee is proud to present a fun evening at 7:30pm on Friday, January 11, bringing back for the fifth year pianist-comedian Gordy “Crazy Fingers” Lindquist. Gordy, sometimes called North Dakota’s version of Victor Borge, has performed all over the world with many well-known personalities, such as Myron Floren, Bob Hope, and Red Skelton. His show, called “Tickling the Ivory,” will be enjoyed by all ages. Tickets are FREE and available at the church office, any Legacy member, or at the door. A free-will donation will be taken after the show. Refreshments will be served following the performance, where you will be able to “meet and greet” Gordy. All proceeds from the show go to the Legacy and Bequest Committee, which provides financial support to many local charities. College scholarships are also awarded to deserving high school graduates attending college in the fall. Please come and bring your friends for a truly enjoyable show.

Pastor Steve’s Last Sermon
Paul Oman   Drawn to the Word Artist
Paul Oman, artist and pastor, shares his Drawn to the Word artistic ministry with audiences ecumenically across the country. He served as a science teacher, then Lutheran pastor when, in 2011, he took up work as an artistic pastor full-time.
Paul seeks to give new vision to God’s Word by using the process of painting to captivate audiences in our visually oriented culture. Painting and drawing have been a part of Paul’s life since childhood. Receiving national & international recognition for his work in watercolor, Paul uses this gift to proclaim the Gospel unique and powerful ways that impact lives and inspire mission.
Mark your calendars for his presentations at SOTH on
Saturday, March 2 at 7 PM and Sunday March 3 at 10:30 AM.
