Health and Wellness
“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you,
even as your soul is getting along well.”     3 John 1:2  NIV

Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place
in congregations that use the Stephen Series system to train and equip
lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting and going through tough times.
A Stephen Minister usually provides care to one person at a time, meeting with that person about once a week for about an hour.
